He’s been the recipient of awards by the Content Marketing Institute, and has also previously worked as a freelance photographer, videographer, and once worked on a reality show where a woman slapped her boyfriend with a fish.

Krista Reuther is the Senior Content Marketing Writer at TurboTenant where she writes data-driven, actionable material to help landlords and renters alike. With decades of writing and editing experience, she’s produced top-quality content across various industries, including real estate, SaaS, and survey design/implementation. Before TurboTenant, Krista worked at The CE Shop, editing scores of educational blogs, webinars, newsletters, and ebooks full of real estate agent education. Making difficult topics accessible and underscoring the importance of interpersonal relationships is a top priority for Krista. When she’s not helping landlords and tenants, she’s an avid poet, an aspiring chef, and an amateur comic.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she spent six years spearheading advertising campaigns for internationally recognized clients like Relix Magazine, Lisa Frank, Pandora Radio, and United Airlines. Her creative talents and entrepreneurial mindset have been further honed in the field of commercial real estate and business development, leveraging her expertise in informed investment decision-making, federal taxation and financial leverage analysis, and real estate analysis tools for quantifying investment returns. Kayla approaches her real estate practice with a curatorial perspective, conceptualizing the building as an exhibition space and the buyer/tenant as the featured exhibit. Additionally, she recognizes the impact of demographic shifts as a critical component of the audience's reaction to the exhibition. Currently enrolled in CCIM courses, Kayla has demonstrated a keen ability to raise capital for sound concepts and has fostered valuable relationships throughout Denver, where she now calls home. When she's not busy with her professional pursuits, Kayla indulges in her lifelong passions for camping, rock climbing, and skiing in the mountains, as well as enjoying more leisurely activities such as pottery making in her home studio and spending time with her short-haired tortoiseshell cat, Kitty.
